Your To-Do List isn't the answer
Happy Thursday, Sunshine!
It's the year of our Lord 2025, and somehow we STILL need this reminder as female entrepreneurs:
š„Women are NOT small men š„
Our nutrition is different. Our hormones are different. Our stress response is different. Our brain chemistry is different. Our sleep cycles are different. Our energy patterns are different. Our emotional processing is different. Our intuitive capacity is different. Our communication style is different. Our problem-solving approach is different. Our leadership style is different. Our relationship to time is different.
Shall I continue?
And thank goodness āyour unique design isn't a limitation, it's your greatest strength.
And before you @ meātake a page from Edith Stein: "The world doesn't need what women have, it needs what women are."
Let that sink in. Your big purposeful goals should flow from who you are, not what you do.
I witness this truth every day. I see women trying to force themselves into linear systems that were never designed for their cyclical nature. I see them fighting against their natural rhythms instead of flowing with them. I see them treating their feminine design as an obstacle to overcome rather than a pathway to follow.
This is exactly why Reclaiming Rhythm isn't about adding more to your to-do list. It's not about what you need to have or what you need to doāit's about who you get to become when you finally align with your natural design.
Here's what I tell my Rhythm Girls: Your feminine design isn't a barrier to successāit's your pathway to it.
When you align your work with your natural rhythms instead of fighting against them, you discover a way of working that feels present and productive.
When you honor these natural rhythms, you discover a way of being in the world that feels peaceful and purposeful.
You find yourself naturally attuned to your true nature ā in your business ventures, in your daily rhythms, in the quiet moments of reflection.
Here's to embracing the woman God designed you to beācyclical nature and all.
